Treat people with respect

Be decent to one another — buyers, sellers, and hosts alike.

• No harassment, threats, abuse, or intimidation of anyone.
• No hate speech, discrimination, or bullying.
• Never use someone's order or delivery details to contact or pressure them outside Megra.
• Disagreements happen — keep them civil and bring them to Megra support.

Sell honestly

• Describe items truthfully — show real photos and mention any flaws.
• Only sell what you own and are allowed to sell.
• Ship on time and exactly what was shown.
• Honour the price a buyer won or agreed to.

Bid seriously

• A bid is a promise to pay — only bid if you mean it.
• Pay promptly for what you win.
• Repeatedly failing to pay affects your standing and can suspend your bidding.

Handle issues the right way

• If something goes wrong, open a dispute through Megra — don't take it into your own hands.
• Be honest with evidence. False claims or fake evidence are serious violations.
• Let Megra mediate fairly — we look at both sides.

Never do these

• Scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive behaviour.
• Selling illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited items.
• Taking deals off-platform to dodge fees or buyer protection.
• Sharing anyone's private information without consent.
• Nudity, violence, or illegal activity on live streams.

Going live

• Keep streams lawful, honest, and respectful.
• Represent your items accurately on camera.
• Megra can end any stream that breaks the rules.

How we enforce

Depending on how serious a violation is, we may issue a warning, remove listings, add strikes, suspend an account, hold payouts for review, or permanently ban. Serious violations — fraud, threats, illegal items — can mean an immediate ban and referral to authorities.
